He regularly provides comprehensive legal advice to foreign investors in connection with market entries, from the establishment of business companies, securing public authorisations, preparing contractual documentation, and launching products on the market to securing compliance with legal regulations. He also has extensive experience in advising on the assessment of cartel agreements, abuse of dominant position, significant market power, and state aid.

He works closely with experts from other KPMG departments in the Czech Republic and the global KPMG network, including tax advisors, auditors, and ESG experts. Thanks to his knowledge of Italian, he also assists with Italian clients.
