Marilena is a Real Estate & Hospitality Specialist in the Audit & Advisory of KPMG Cyprus possessing an all-round experience in the real estate sector as well as the travel, leisure and tourism sectors. Marilena joined the Deal Advisory team of KPMG Cyprus in 2021 as a qualified member of ACCA, ICPAC and a member of the public register of certified persons of CySEC. She has been involved in the provision of advice for business plans, information memorandums and feasibility studies for projects in various sectors, specialising in the real estate and the travel, leisure and tourism sectors. Currently, her main duties include real estate audits for assurance and IFRS purposes. Marilena is also responsible for the KPMG Cyprus Hospitality newsletter publications covering latest sector updates.
