Phuc has over 15 years of experience working as a professional consultant to support many multinational corporations on various aspects of foreign direct investment in Vietnam including business structure advisory, licensing, corporate secretarial, accounting solutions, accounting advisory, bookkeeping, payroll setup and tax compliance services. During such period, Phuc roughly spent 2 years to head a compliance outsourcing division of a prominent tax compliance and accounting outsourcing firm headquartered in the Netherlands.

Experience:

  • Assisting a USD1.6 billion semiconductor production project of a US/Korean leading technology firm in Vietnam in setting up a proper accounting systems following both Vietnamese accounting standards and the client’s group reporting requirements in IFRS/US GAAP;
  • Assisting a USD200 million pharmaceutical manufacturing project of a leading UK  pharmaceutical corporation in Vietnam in preparing the financial statements following both requirements of IFRS and Vietnamese accounting standards;
  • Advising a foreign invested project of one of the world high-quality jewelry trading corporations on fulfilling its compliance requirements in Vietnam;
  • Advising a leading manufacturer of four-wheeled walkers in Canada to set up a proper accounting system for its manufacturing project in Vietnam;
  • Advising a giant e-commerce corporation headquartered in the US on establishing their business presence in Vietnam together with setting up a proper accounting system and procedures for their daily business operations;
  • Advising a US group of solar power projects in Vietnam on setting up their accounting systems and performing daily tax compliance and bookkeeping assistance works;
  • Consulting a Germany based company on localizing their Group accounting system in order to be conformity with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Vietnamese Accounting System; and
  • Supporting various invested companies in conversion of their financial statements from IFRS/USGAAP principals to VAS requirements.
