The Anh is a Partner who leads the M&A practice in Vietnam. The Anh has more than 16 years’ experience in equity investment and cross-border M&A. He starts his financial career as equity research analyst at the country’s largest investment bank then move to work as a public-equity fund manager before finally settling down as a M&A advisor. His clients are high growing private companies who are on the right track to be the market leader in their own industry segment or large local conglomerates/experienced founders who want to monetize their established business or foreign investors who seek his advice to be able to invest in the right local partner. The Anh believes in developing right sector expertise in order to provide more insights for his clients. His industry focus are consumer and retail as well as he has keen interest in tech-related/start-up industry. Besides, The Anh is also KPMG’s lead contact for Private Equity clients.
