Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• ▪ Lead multiple client engagements and ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery;
• ▪ Build strategic client relationships and support business development;
• ▪ Present findings to executives and manage commercial aspects of projects;
• ▪ Monitor market trends and proactively manage risks and ethical standards;
• ▪ Coach and develop teams, manage performance, and address wellbeing;
• ▪ Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing;
• ▪ Ensure compliance with training and firm policies; and
• ▪ Support cultural initiatives and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Requirements

---

• ▪ Certification from a professional body (ICAP, ACCA, MBA (LUMS/ IBA).
• ▪ Post Qualification experience of at least 5 to 6 years out of which 2 years’ experience should be as a Manager or Senior Manager.
• ▪ Training and managerial experience from Big 4 Audit firms will be preferred.
• ▪ Technical expertise in following Advisory services are required – Risk consulting including Internal controls documentation and assessment, Management consulting with expertise in core and support business processes re-engineering, Internal audit outsourcing, development of policies and procedures and Target operating models etc.
• ▪ Experience in ERP deployment, post implementation reviews and IT audit will also be given preference.
• ▪ Candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
