Role Summary
- ▪ Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor;
- ▪ Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle inquiries with efficiency;
- ▪ Coordinate mail distribution, deliveries, and appointments;
- ▪ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area; and
- ▪ Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- ▪ Male & Female both are encouraged to apply.
- ▪ Age: 35 to 50 years.
- ▪ Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a receptionist in a reputable organization.
- ▪ Qualification: Graduate.
- ▪ Proficiency in English language.
- ▪ Excellent written and verbal skills.
