Role Summary

    We are seeking professional and personable Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our organization.
    As the face of the company, you will create a welcoming and positive experience for visitors and clients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
    Job Responsibilities

      Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
    • ▪ Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor;
    • ▪ Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle inquiries with efficiency;
    • ▪ Coordinate mail distribution, deliveries, and appointments;
    • ▪ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area; and
    • ▪ Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

      • ▪ Male & Female both are encouraged to apply.
      • ▪ Age: 35 to 50 years.
      • ▪ Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a receptionist in a reputable organization.
      • ▪ Qualification: Graduate.
      • ▪ Proficiency in English language.
      • ▪ Excellent written and verbal skills.
