Assistant Officer
Learning & Development (Audit)
Location: Lahore
Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Coordinating training sessions by maintaining participant lists and sending out invitations, reminders, and feedback forms;
- ▪ Supporting training delivery by co-facilitating training sessions and acting as a point of contact during training to address participant queries and manage session flow;
- ▪ Helping maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading training materials, assigning trainings, tracking employee participation, and generating reports, and providing technical support to employees accessing online training resources;
- ▪ Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and assisting in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on training performance;
- ▪ Acting as a secondary point of contact for managers and employees seeking L&D support; and
- ▪ Handling administrative tasks such as preparing training schedules, managing emails, and maintaining databases.

Eligibility Requirements
- ▪ Bachelor / Masters in Commerce or Arts.
- ▪ Preferably, 2 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
- ▪ Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ▪ Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- ▪ Attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.
