Location: Lahore


Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Coordinating training sessions by maintaining participant lists and sending out invitations, reminders, and feedback forms;
  • ▪ Supporting training delivery by co-facilitating training sessions and acting as a point of contact during training to address participant queries and manage session flow;
  • ▪ Helping maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading training materials, assigning trainings, tracking employee participation, and generating reports, and providing technical support to employees accessing online training resources;
  • ▪ Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and assisting in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on training performance;
  • ▪ Acting as a secondary point of contact for managers and employees seeking L&D support; and
  • ▪ Handling administrative tasks such as preparing training schedules, managing emails, and maintaining databases.


Eligibility Requirements

  • ▪ Bachelor / Masters in Commerce or Arts.
  • ▪ Preferably, 2 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
  • ▪ Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • ▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ▪ Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • ▪ Attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.
