Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• ▪ Create high‑quality prompts, agent instructions, and role definitions using LLM best practices to drive consistent and grounded agent behavior;
• ▪ Design multi‑turn conversational flows and UX patterns that support natural, intuitive, human‑like interactions;
• ▪ Lead the enterprise rollout of LLM‑powered agents, automation solutions, and conversational AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies and workflows;
• ▪ Build, refine, and optimize conversational workflows using Copilot Studio (Microsoft) and Dialogflow CX (Google);
• ▪ Ensure clarity, grounding, safety, and response consistency across all deployed agents;
• ▪ Optimize clarity, grounding, safety, and response consistency; minimize hallucinations across agents.

Eligibility Requirements

• ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field;
• ▪ 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience;
• ▪ Expertise across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Teams extensibility, Azure OpenAI prompt engineering, and Semantic Kernel for building multi-agent, workflow-driven, Teams-integrated AI solutions with advanced orchestration and reasoning capabilities.
