Our client is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories. 

• Develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for RWA and leverage ratio exposure calculation for counterparty credit risk (CCR) under HKMA CAR reporting.
• Identify potential areas in which the end to end system/process on CCR RWA calculation can be improved / streamlined.
• Provide professional advice to business or local Finances on CCR RWA calculation methodology with regard to new product proposal.
• Plan and execute CCR RWA calculation engine system enhancements with IT team and oversee UAT processes.
• Ensure due observance of Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

• In-depth knowledge in CCR RWA and Basel 3 reforms on credit risk preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret rules and regulations, identify issues and formulate approaches to address them.
• Analytical and logical mindset with minimum intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong sense of internal control and ability to apply proper internal control in the reporting process.
• Independent and able to work under pressure to tight timeframes with multiple deliverables.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
