The Client

Our client is the market leader of its sector, business in Hong Kong and PRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Newly added headcount to drive and implement HR initiatives of the full spectrum HR functions in HK & PRC, including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, staff engagement, organization and talent development, succession planning etc;
  • Contribute to the company’s human resources strategies and plannings to support organisation growth and development;
  • Define and deliver the overall talent management planning to support the business plan by working collaboratively with HR teams and talent partners;
  • Identify the training needs, develop and execute the training curriculum for the organisation with business leaders in HK & PRC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline;
  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience, progressive career, recent experience should be from sizable organisations;
  • Proven track record in implementing programs and managing key HR processes;
  • Strong knowledge in relevant HR specialist areas such as Organisation Design, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management;
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related local law and regulation as well as PRC Labor Ordinance and Individual Income Tax rules;
  • A resilient change advocate with strong change management skills in an environment undergoing transformation;
  • Strong team player and experienced HR leader with good team leadership and HRBP experience;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • PRC travel required.
