Head of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs

Our client is a market leader of financial institution with growing and successful operation in Hong Kong and China. 

• Devise and develop the corporate communication and branding strategy of the company
• Work closely with the senior management team and board of directors to plan and manage the strategies, policies and activities of the group’s investor relations and corporate communications.
• Lead a team of professionals to develop, manage and maintain media relations and publicity for the greatest business outcomes especially incorporating CSR and ESG elements
• Initiate, strengthen and implement a wide range of communication activities such as website revamping, corporate brochure, community programme, annual reports, media and public relations
• Co-ordinate and prepare media programmes and press releases on financial and operational matters
• Monitor public opinion and community relations; produce company publications and manage the department’s budget

• A university degree, preferably in communication, language or marketing. Relevant master degree/MBA is desirable but not a must
• At least 15 years work experience and at least 10 years at senior management level in corporate communication with a leading Financial institutions/ commercial organisations
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proven track records of merging ideas into plans and ensure smooth execution
