The Client

Our client, a leading player in the Property sector, is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, formulate and deliver training solutions that support employee growth and retention, as well as drive business growth
  • Develop and implement talent development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives, including succession planning, high-potential staff development, and talent management
  • Evaluate talent development effectiveness and make necessary improvements to ensure programs meet the needs of employees and the organization
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to identify and implement talent development initiatives that support business growth
  • Monitor and analyze talent development metrics to measure the impact of programs on employee performance and business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development, preferably for corporate / office staff from property/ consumer/ hospitality sector, solid in management and soft skills training
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and development methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers and facilitators
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other talent development software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
