Assistant Director of Internal Control (flexible location of base in Asia)

Our client is one of Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality groups with international footprint.

• Develop internal control framework on operation policies & procedures
• Perform business, operational, finance and accounting and compliance audit
• Partnership with local financial team on peer review, internal control review and audit
• Report audit findings and provide feasible recommendations for improvements to the CEO, CFO and senior management team;
• Liaise with regional and operational departments to develop policy and procedures
• Ensure knowledge of critical business, technology initiatives, local and international corporate governance regulatory and practices are up to date;
• Ongoing staff training in terms of risk assessment and control, coaching and developing team members;
• Perform ad hoc assignments assigned.

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant disciplines with qualified ACCA, HKICPA, AICPA, CICPA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of solid experience with hospitality industry ; previous experience gained from hospitality industry/ International exposures are highly preferred
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to accept new challenges
• Excellent command of spoken Chinese and English
• Frequent business travel is required to overseas offices
