Our client is one of the leading reputable companies from Financial Services sector.

• Develop a strategic vision for sourcing diverse talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the business
• Work closely with the business to develop and implement proactive planning and pipeline development tools
• Provide the company with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends Lead the design and implementation of recruiting communication processes throughout the company
• Be a proactive resource for identifying candidate pools for future business initiatives Ensure the team is maximizing the applicant tracking system
• Manage the selection and performance management of external recruiting partners/vendors

• Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition/ recruitment experience from sizeable companies/ MNC
• Experience from any Financial/Professional Services would be an advantage but not a must
• 5+ years’ experience managing/leading a talent acquisition team
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Prior experience in designing and building recruiting strategies, etc.
• Ability to leverage strengths of a team on hiring at a high-volume of staff, professionals, and executives Experienced in using a variety of methods to qualify and recruit the industry talents Well-developed team building and influencing skills and unquestioned integrity
