Legal Manager, PRC qualified, Special Asset

• Assist in management of legal disputes and litigation involving domestic laws, including drafting and reviewing on legal documents, advising on litigation plans, and participating in restructuring negotiations.
• Provide legal advice to branch management, business units, middle office, and back office departments, in relation to domestic law or mutual judicial recognition.
• Participate in and handle the disposal of non-performing and troubled assets, including but not limited to the use of restructuring, legal litigation, and judicial restructuring (liquidation).

• Bachelor Degree or above in Law or other related disciplines.
• Qualified as a PRC lawyer and at least 3 years of legal practical experience (experience in asset preservation or judicial system is preferred).
• Strategic leader with strong business acumen. Familiar with the national economy, financial policies and regulations. Proficient in domestic legal proceedings, judicial restructuring, asset preservation etc.
• Knowledge on relevant laws and regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong banking industry is preferred.
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility. Be able to solve complex problems, with strong command to plan, implement, and execute.
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and spoken.
