Head of Learning and Development

Our client is an international hospitality with operations around the globe, including Hong Kong.

• Responsible for the definition, design & formulation, delivery & implementation, facilitation and management of learning and talent management initiatives to meet the company needs
• Design and develop the group learning programs by providing expertise on the approach and content to ensure appropriate adaption
• Create best practices on service delivery and operational efficiency with internal stakeholders and cross teams to ensure mandates are achieved.
• Build and develop learning management system and e-learning platform
• Formulate internship programme and management development programmes, and also succession planning to ensure the room for talent development
• Cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture and brand building for the group

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Training, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably from large organizations and not limited to Hospitality sector
• Proficient presentation skills, with excellent demand in English and Chinese (optional)
• Strong communicator, enjoy a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Experience in using global HR system has an advantage but not a must
