(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources

Our client is one of the market leading property developers, they are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.

• Provide end-to-end recruitment services to business units, not limited to manpower planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and on-boarding arrangements
• Perform talent acquisition with focus of middle level to senior/executive level hiring
• Utilise different sourcing methods to proactively identify and build talent pipelines by use of LinkedIn Recruiter, advertising, recruitment agencies and other tools
• Understand the company culture and business to effectively present and promote the company to engage candidates on career opportunities
• Perform market mapping across multiple lines of business and monitor market movement
• Conduct recruitment related researches including competitor analysis, market and salary information
• Provide feedback/ recommendations to hiring managers on employment data and market trend

• Bachelor degree holder with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent and sophisticated written and oral communication, also interpersonal and presentation skills
• Solid understanding and practical experience in managing end to end recruitment process
• Able to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
