新個人所得税法における年度個人所得税総合所得の初めての確定申告に係る政策の公布

財政部及び国家税務総局は、2019年12月14日付けで2019年94号「個人所得税総合所得の確定申告に係る関連政策問題の公告」（以下、「94号公告」）を公布した。また、国家税務総局は同日に「2019年度個人所得税総合所得の確定申告手続きに関する公告（意見募集稿）」（以下、「意見募集稿」）を公布し、2019年度個人所得税総合所得の確定申告手続きの詳細について、2019年12月26日までパブリックコメントの募集を開始した。
