新個人所得税法実施条例及び関連法令公布

国務院及び国家税務総局は2018年12月20日から22日の間、新個人所得税法の実施にあたり、個人所得税法関連実施条例、暫定弁法及び関連法令を相次ぎ公布した。これらの法令は2019年1月1日より施行される。
実施条例や暫定弁法など一連の法令の公布により、最近のホットトピックとなっている下記の諸問題は明解になった。
- 特別付加項目の控除基準及び実施手続
- 個人所得税仮源泉徴収、源泉徴収の計算及び管理方法
- 自主申告の手続き
- 外国籍個人の国外源泉所得に係る税務手続き
