Helen is the Sustainability Consulting Lead for Asia Pacific. She specializes in the development and implementation of decarbonisation targets and strategies for both operational and embodied carbon. She has worked with clients internationally and is well versed on the challenges faced in achieving carbon reduction across Asia and Africa. When working with our clients she uses this extensive experience to deliver solutions to address the challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Helen has over 18 years’ experience internationally in the sustainability sector, delivering energy & carbon reduction & implementation strategies, embodied carbon assessment, carbon offset strategies and ESG reporting. Her experience is predominately in commercial real estate, retail and industrial buildings, working with a range of clients on projects in Asia, Africa and the UK.

Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.

Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. Ishita is an Associate Director in the People and Change Advisory Practice of KPMG China in Hong Kong. She brings over 20 years of experience as an HR Generalist and Specialist and has worked across several industries and cultures in Asia, Middle East and USA. Her expertise lies in shaping and enabling the Human Capital through talent and learning strategies, performance and reward, change management, organisation design, leadership development and executive coaching. Her prior experience includes leading the HR function for large business units in FMCG and Technology Services organisations and leading the L&D function for large organisations in the FMCG and Automobile industries. Prior to joining KPMG Ishita was the CHRO for a listed FMCG based out of India.

Anne-Claire Beraud is the Country Manager at Phenix by OnTheList, a joint venture between two companies that values sustainability as its core business. Phenix was born in France eight years ago with the objective of reducing food waste while OnTheList launched in HK in 2015 aiming to turn past inventories from fashion brands into new opportunities.

Anne-Claire arrived in HK in 2016 and worked as a Sales Manager for 4 years in FB Solution, a wholesaler supplying high quality frozen bakery products produced and imported from France. While living in Hong Kong, she noticed a different food consumption culture here compared to Europe,and found the food waste issue quite serious yet without concrete actions to address it. She wanted to find her path in sustainability and participate in impactful initiatives, which is why she joined Phenix in its early stages in 2021.

Phenix Mobile App allows consumers to save food surplus at their favourite F&B merchants at a minimum 50% discount. Since its launch in Feb 21, Phenix has grown its partnerships to nearly 200 partners, including Pret a Manger, The Coffee Academics, Citysuper Group and much more, saving food from going into the landfills while providing a delicious range of baked goods, cooked meals, wine and much more to its customers.

With 25+ years in digital marketing and technology innovation across Asia, Napoleon advises a wide range of leaders how to grow their business in a digitally-dominated world.

As a member of the senior management team at Dentsu International (Hong Kong), Napoleon designs and delivers integrated marketing and commerce solutions, with a team of 250 experts working across creative, media, data and customer experience.

Napoleon is also well-known as the founder and hard-hitting host of “Web Wednesday”, a thriving community of 7,000+ digital entrepreneurs with monthly networking events in six Asian cities.

He believes that, much like current adventures into the metaverse, it's inter-planetary space travel that will change our perspective of life on earth.

Chris has 19 years of experience working on large-scale business events. Originally from the UK, Chris has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2015.

Chris moved to Hong Kong to establish a North Asia office for a London-based trade expo organiser and launch a series of digital transformation events. The challenges of living sustainably and a developing concern around the exponential threats of the global climate emergency compelled Chris to “rethink” his own personal contribution to Hong Kong and how he could best make a positive impact on a city he now proudly calls home.

Chris conceived, designed and launched the ReThink Hong Kong event during the first part of 2019 – undeterred by the challenges faced by live events at that time, due to civil unrest, the new event concept for uniting the full business and sustainability ecosystem, championing positive action and shared responsibility received excellent support. The inaugural 2020 event was, unsurprisingly, delayed due to Covid but finally ran, in-person, at the K11 Quarry Bay with 450 attendees and all delegate fees were donated to local charities.

Chris’ experience in hosting content-led expo-style healthcare events in the UK, where partnerships and collaboration were crucial to scale and success, provided the foundation for Chris to widen the supporting-network of organisations and sponsors for ReThink Hong Kong. The event was moved to the HKCEC for the 2021 edition and resulted in Hong Kong’s best attended event dedicated to the business of sustainability, with over 2,200 attendees. Chris is proud to have maintained the event’s impact pledge; with all delegate fees contributing to impact projects with local Hong Kong charities.

Working alongside the Business Environment Council, Consulates and trade promotion offices, Chambers of Commerce, specialist industry associations, NGOs and action groups the collective ambition for ReThink Hong Kong is to accelerate change in Hong Kong – the event returns for its third edition this October at the HKCEC, will host over 3,000 attendees and aims to be at least carbon neutral.

Chris received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Italian from the University of Plymouth (UK). Chris is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce’s Social Sustainability Committee, sits on the Executive Committee and the Sustainability sub-committee of the Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Industry Association.

As Chief Digital Officer, Austin R. Bryan leads the CLP Group’s efforts to harness digital technologies to create new business solutions that are more efficient, connected and customer-centric. He oversees the development of CLP’s digital capabilities including information technology, data services, digital products and services, as well as cybersecurity. Before taking up his current role in April 2022, Austin was Senior Director – Innovation, leading CLP’s efforts to develop innovative business models and build collaborative partnerships, after joining the Group in 2016.

A proven pioneer of new services and value creation in the digital media sector, Austin is a globally-recognised leader in transforming business activities in the financial and telecommunications sectors. His experience spans the creation of the first direct banking activities in Germany in the early 1990s, the introduction of virtual customer service platforms for American Express and creation of the first 3G multi-media mobile network in Australia with “3 Mobile”. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategic Innovation at Singtel Optus, where he led the acquisition of major digital media projects and created a US$1 billion digital media business developing and implementing new digital products and services.

Darren is ASM Global’s Executive Director of Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong. Expected to be completed in the second half of 2024, the 28 hectare precinct comprises a 50,000 seat stadium, 10,000 capacity arena, 5,000 seat public sports ground, 60,000 m2 of retail space, and public open spaces. Darren is leading the team on pre-opening and will ultimately oversee the day to day operation of this HK$30bn precinct.

Darren has had a number of Chief Executive roles in his career including managing sports and entertainment venues in Christchurch and Dunedin in New Zealand. Darren has also acted as an adviser to the New South Wales Government in Australia on projects including the redevelopment of Stadium Australia and the development of CommBank Stadium in Western Sydney.

In 2018 Darren was named as Asia Pacific ‘Venue Professional of the Year’ by the Asia Pacific Venue Management Association.

A seasoned Business Transformation Strategist, Fareeda is currently a DBA Learning Partner at the City University of Hong Kong, where she also serves as Executive Mentor and advisory board member of the university’s Sales & Marketing Consulting Unit.

She holds a Global EMBA from USC Marshall Business School where she graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honours.

Fareeda is the Group Chief Digital Officer for Pico Far East Holdings and is focused on driving Digital Transformation for a 50-year-old traditional enterprise. She honed her expertise in Brand Strategy and Communications over 25 years ago at WPP.

Cally Chan is the General Manager of Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau, and the lead of the company’s overall strategy and business operation, growing the team and focusing on business expansion in accelerating digital transformation for customers and partners.

Cally strives to promote talent development and innovation and technology in Hong Kong. She has shouldered public duties for the government and many organizations, including the Standing Committee and the Knowledge Transfer Committee of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Advisory Committee of HKTDC’s TCT, the Advisory Committee of the Department of Computer Science of the City University of Hong Kong. Recognizing her significant contribution to Hong Kong innovation and technology ecosystem, Cally was awarded Medal of Honour in 2022.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Cally served as Managing Director and Vice President of the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Group. Cally holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Computing Science from the University of Hong Kong.

Ir. Eric Chan is the Chief Public Mission Officer of the Hong Kong Cyberport. Ir. Chan is in charge of building the ecosystem of nurturing start-ups from inspiring the next generation, through nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, to empowering global ambition, by providing comprehensive entrepreneurship programmes and early stage funding.

Ir. Chan has 32 years of experience in the ICT industry, a chartered engineer, a chartered marketer and a fellow of Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK). Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan was a Director of HGC Global Communication; and had held various senior positions in global telecom and IT services companies including PCCW, PCCW Consulting Services, Cable & Wireless HKT. Ir. Chan has been active in public services, especially in education and industrial training, professional bodies and charitable organisations. Ir. Chan is the Chairman of Knowledge Management Development Center, Vice Chairman of Industrial Training Advisory Committee (ICT) and a member of Curriculum Development Council. He also serves as advisor and mentor at the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Ir. Chan holds a BSc. (Hon) degree in Engineering from University of London, a Master degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, and received Executive Education from INSEAD and IESE business schools.

Stine has 20 years of experience working as an advisor. The last 13 years specialized within the Sustainability field. Started Pure Consulting in 2010 and sold the Company to KPMG in 2020. Stine is now partner reasonable for the Sustainability team in KPMG Norway, she is also a «Champion» in the global KPMG Network of specialists within the field; She is one of the pioneers on Sustainability strategies in the Nordic countries and working with many of the leading Norwegian companies working globally. With developing satiability strategies using the UN Sustainable Development Goals as the framework she has also achieved international attention, both in private and public sector. Her clients have won prizes both nationally and internattionaly for the work done on Sustainability/ESG. Stine has been invited to shear her experience both during High Level Political Forum, United Nation in New York and to the Government in China. Advised The Norwegian Government on The White Paper for how private and public sector in Norway should work to achieve the UN Sustainable developments Goals /The Agenda 2030 in Norway. Developed methodology for using the SDG as freamework for Municipality plans, methodology also adapted by UN HABITA. Stine also lead KPMG Global’s collaboration with United Cities and a program for reaching NetZero for Cities Globally to be launched during COP27.

Stine is a popular speaker and facilitator on the sustainability/ESG field, both in Norway and internationally. She holds lectures at Business schools, is Co Chair in Safe Planet a UNEP program and have broad experience from boards.

Mr Ian Chan is the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. He is responsible for formulation of the Company’s strategic plan, corporate marketing functions, Greater Bay Areas (GBA) development plan, and Cyberport Phase 5 business development and public engagement.

Mr Chan has substantial experience in internet, media and digital marketing industries. Prior to joining Cyberport, he was the Head of Business Development and International Business at Octopus, responsible for formulating strategies for digital transformation and expansion of international business. He also worked at Tencent for almost 10 years. As the Head of Business Development, he led the teams in Shenzhen and Hong Kong for business expansion in various divisions including WeChat, WeChat Pay, Advertising, JOOX and smart solutions in Hong Kong and overseas markets, advancing development of the corporate ecosystem.

Mr Chan has built up an extensive business network and acquired experiences ranging from FinTech, telecommunications, retail, F&B to start-ups. He also worked in various media/entertainment companies and the public sector, such as TVB International, Commercial Radio, New World Mobility as well as Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Mr Chan holds an Executive MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the HKMA Digital Marketing Community and a regular speaker on the topic of digital marketing and smart retail. He has attained several industry awards including Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Award from the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing.

Jayne is Head of StartmeupHK at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the government department responsible for attracting and retaining Foreign Direct Investment into Hong Kong. StartmeupHK is InvestHK’s startup division established in 2014, aimed at attracting innovative startups, investors and other stakeholders to Hong Kong, provide a one-stop service platform to support these companies setting up in the city, promote Hong Kong as a premier startup destination and help build our ecosystem to transform the city into a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

The StartmeupHK Festival is one of the key platforms organised by the team to attract international startup communities to Hong Kong, to share and network with local innovators, corporates and showcase the city’s success stories.

Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at the HK chapter of TiE, a global non-profit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship in the markets in which they operate, and management roles at advertising & digital agencies, startup incubator, management consulting and manufacturing companies.

Justin is the co-founder and CEO of Gense Technologies, a medtech startup offering an affordable and portable self-help medical imaging device for in-depth health monitoring and preventive screening at home and clinics. The device targets some of the most prevalent and costliest diseases’ early detection and chronic disease management for liver, lungs, kidney and more.

As co-founding CEO, Justin is leading a team of 20 PhDs and researchers from Stanford, Cambridge, and Hong Kong. He is also coordinating over 8 partnerships with professors on clinical trials, machine learning, biomedical imaging, and mathematical modelling. He has also led the start-up in winning the Jumpstarter Global Competition, and the Grand Award at Hong Kong ICT Startup Awards.

Justin is collaborating with healthcare distributors from over 20 markets globally to set up local deployment pipeline, including hospital network, clinic chains, health insurers, and multinational conglomerates.

Justin received his MPhil in Finance and Economics from the University of Cambridge and bachelor’s degree from the University of Warwick. He is also a Forbes 30 Under 30 and Tatler GenT recipient.

Linda is a Web3 female pioneer, blockchain developer and serial entrepreneur. She launched and advised over $5mil USD sales of NFTs since 2021 for individual creators and premium clients such as auction houses and Hollywood movie studios. She founded Moonland Metaverse in 2022, the first Asia's metaverse project on the Solana blockchain, with over $2mil USD transactions generated.

Wendy is Growth Director at JLL within its Corporate Appraisal and Advisory department, primarily responsible for business development & marketing in Greater China.

She has been instrumental in JLL’s expansion of valuation services in China and continues her responsibilities for marketing and people development for the business line for the past 8 years. Beginning her career as a financial analyst and then switching to business development, she now has 18 years’ experience in providing financial valuation as well as real estate valuation and advisory services to more than 200 corporates and funds such as CITIC Capital, Country Garden,Huarong Group, China Merchants Group etc.

She leads a CSR initiative for JLL cultivating entrepreneurship within band 4 and 5 schools students in Hong Kong and is a committee member for Sowers Action focused on orphanage provision in China.

Additionally, Wendy is the Chairlady of Diversity & Inclusion of JLL Greater China since 2017. She also worked extensively with The Women’s Foundation, both mentor in 2016-2017 and as an advisory council member for the mentoring programme in 2017-2019.

Wendy obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance). She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKCPA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at the Hong Kong chapter of TiE, a global non-profit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship in the markets in which they operate, and management roles at advertising & digital agencies, startup incubator, management consulting and manufacturing companies.

Anita is a seasoned executive nurturing start-up’s entrepreneurial journey at Cyberport, through strategic collaboration with enterprise, technology partners, professional service providers and investment network to cultivate and support start-up ecosystem for engagement across Hong Kong and oversea. Prior to joining Cyberport, Anita had over 25 years of sales management and business development experiences gained from large corporations including HKBN, Wharf T&T, HK Telecom and IBM focusing on global enterprise and carrier sectors. Anita has been active in public services, and she is a member of the Information and Communications Technology Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) appointed by Education Bureau. Incubated through her study of “Business Information System” in the University of United Kingdom back in early stage, she has been fostered to be a pioneer in the technology industry.

Jason Chen is the CEO and Co-founder of Wada Bento, a Decentralized Foodservice Platform recognized as “Forbes Asia 100 to Watch”. Jason has filed over 20 patents in US, Japan and China with 18 patents granted. He received his Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Tokyo and his MBA degree from City University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheng is currently the Business Development and Performance Director of Veolia Hong Kong, responsible for strategic development of the company in the region, including but not limited to water, solid waste, and energy management activities. He has worked in multiple international environmental management companies, specialising in the design, build, and operation of water, sewage, sludge, and waste management facilities.

Mr. Cheng is committed to serving the society, and is an active member in many professional institutions, namely the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) Hong Kong Branch, and Hong Kong Waste Management Association (HKWMA).

Helen is an Associate Director in the Markets practice with over 10 years’ experience in multinational and listed corporation specializing in business development and account management.

Helen started her career with KPMG Hong Kong in 2016. Prior to that, she was with another Big 4. She is lead sector executive for Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients including Huawei, PCCW, CK Hutchison, Google and more. She has worked to help develop Go To Market that have included strategy, executive and restructuring, as well as developed sales programs to help clients engage with c-suite, large incubation programs and improving skill sets of individuals across the markets.

As part of Helen’s work in the sector, she has also played an active role in implementing business development strategies, ensuring existing client relationships were maintained and new associations were established. She supports strategic technology partnerships and the development of joint thought leadership work in Hong Kong and China.

She has a Bachelor in Marketing and Demographics and provides mentoring to emerging women in KPMG.

Lucas Cheung is the Managing Partner of Gusto Collective Hong Kong, Asia’s first BrandTech group. He leads Gusto’s business developments in Hong Kong and oversees the Collective’s ongoing expansion into the Web3 space by delivering best-in-class storytelling, powered by the latest immersive technologies. Before being appointed Managing Partner in 2021, Lucas co-founded 26Hz Technologies, an AR/VR tech start-up, which was acquired by Gusto Collective in 2020.

Prior to founding 26Hz Technologies, Lucas was an investment banking analyst at Standard Chartered Bank with experience in M&A and Coverage over Greater China. After his departure from SC, Lucas was an Investment Manager for a Xiamen-based family office, where he participated in multiple private investments in the Retails and FMCG sector and served as strategic advisor to one of its portfolio companies.

As an experienced entrepreneur and investor, Lucas holds an ardent appreciation for the transformative potential of technology and has strong ties with many notable start-up founders in Hong Kong. Lucas is also passionate about driving STEM education in Hong Kong. He is the current Chairman of the Young Professional Affinity Group of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ (IEEE) Hong Kong Chapter.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theoretical Physics and a Master of Science from Imperial College London.

Angus joins KPMG Advisory in Hong Kong as a Partner under the ESG Advisory pillar. He is a sustainability consultant in Environmental, Social, and Governance consulting, sustainable finance, corporate environmental and social compliance assurance, and climate change.

Angus has over 18 years of experience in the sustainability/ESG consultancy industry, specializing in ESG advisory for LPs/GPs at the entity, fund, and deal levels. Since 2018 he has advised over 15 GPs to establish and integrate an ESG framework into their fund operations, aligning with the Principal of Responsible Investment (PRI). At the deal level, he leads around 100 ESG or EHS due diligence in APAC for both financial and strategic clients every year. At the portfolio company level, Angus leads projects in stewardship and engagement, ESG strategy and KPI setting, materiality assessments, ESG ratings, peer benchmarking, operational improvement, and ESG/climate disclosure.

Angus holds a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Hong Kong in 2001 and an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of East Anglia in 2002. He has been a Certified ESG Analyst® at the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) since 2021.

Steven Choi is a veteran in the IT industry with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, focusing on Infrastructure Solutions, Managed Services and Cloud. Prior to joining Tencent as the Head of Tencent Cloud, Hong Kong and Macau, he was an IBM Executive, leading different business units for over 23 years in Hong Kong and PRC, and also worked for AWS in Hong Kong. Steven is a MBA graduate from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Hong Kong (HKUST).

Dr Shauhrat S. Chopra received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, in 2015. His data-driven research is focused on guiding the sustainable design of future transformative emerging technologies. Dr. Chopra’s transdisciplinary collaborations with industrial partners enable actionable research toward sustainability and resilience of critical sectors, including energy, transportation, finance, textile, and food systems.

Cynthia is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory Practice. She focuses on planning and execution of Hong Kong/China business development strategies. Working with her team to identify and develop long-term, sustainable account and sector strategies for key clients, and related country & community programs. Cynthia’s role includes a significant regional aspect, and she co-ordinates and brings together industry specialists across Asia Pacific to access their unique market knowledge and local connections for the benefit of Multi- National clients. She takes an interest in the development of China’s Greater Bay Area and Smart & Sustainable Cities and produced various KPMG publications on these topics.

Cynthia was the Chair of the Entrepreneur/SME Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA from University of Manchester and Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto.

Having joined the Union in 2015 as the General Manager of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer. Rocky assumed the role of Chief Community Officer in November 2020 , looking after the grassroots end of the game. Rocky is also responsible for the Union’s Community Foundation, using rugby to tackle the most pressing challenges faced by our community and drive positive change for young people in Hong Kong.

An experienced fitness industry executive with over 20 years of operational experience with global health and fitness chains. He joined the HKRU from California Fitness, where he has assumed various roles over a 16-year tenure.

Rocky graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration.

A familiar face in local rugby circles, Rocky is a long-standing Hong Kong Rugby community member. Rocky represented the Hong Kong Dragons in the early 1990s, selected for tours to Singapore and Thailand. Before that, Rocky played for Tigers RFC in the early 1990s, becoming one of the first local players to play first-division rugby in Hong Kong.

Responsible for the strategic development, M&A, investment and corporate development of Baguio Green Group, the largest recycling group in Hong Kong Over 25 years of experience in financial market, M&A, investment, strategy and management. He has participated in various large-scale international M&A transactions, strategic consultancy engagements, cross-border financing, and massive bank restructuring & advisory deals. Irene is a Partner of KPMG China specializing in providing audit and ESG advisory for multinational companies and venture backed companies. She has been working in Hong Kong for over 18 years.

She has extensive experience in working with emerging growth companies and leading audit, Hong Kong and US IPO engagements. The industry sectors of her current and past clients include biopharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical equipment, fintech, consumer markets, e-commerce, software, semiconductors and telecommunications.

Besides audit, Irene serves on ESG reporting and advisory projects and co-leads the cross-functional ESG team in Hong Kong to support clients on ESG reporting and assurance, climate change and decarbonization strategies, sustainable finance, and ESG impact measurement and improvement.

Utkarsh is the Co-founder and Head of Technology at Clearbot. He leads the technology research and development team at the company, working on a range of innovations in the robotics, computer vision, and machine learning space.

Nik Gowing is founder and co-author of the Thinking the Unthinkable (TTU) project. Since 2014 it has been investigating why leaders – both corporate and political – struggle in the new era of global disruption. Nik was a main news presenter for the BBC World News (1996-2014), presenting The Hub with Nik Gowing, BBC World Debates and Dateline London. For 18 years he worked at ITN as bureau chief in Rome and Warsaw, and diplomatic editor for Channel Four News. He has been a member of the councils of Chatham House, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), Overseas Development Institute; board of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy; and advisory council at Wilton Park. Natasha was educated in Canada and then the United States, where she graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Tourism Management. With more than 15-year experience in the field of E-commerce and Cloud, Thomas Ho, is currently responsible for leading the Smart City Project in Macau. Also, Thomas’s another role was to lead the Channel and Alliance team in Alibaba Cloud under Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea and Philippines regions which aims at building a mature ecosystem to meet up with the rapid growth of cloud business expansion.

Thomas joined Alibaba in April 2007, before moving to Alibaba Cloud, Thomas was a Country Manager of Global Business Development for Alibaba.com, mainly develop sales channels and implement collaborative programs with business partners, governments and local associations.

Thomas holds a Master degree of Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing in Hong Kong University, and Bachelor’s degree in Radiography from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Alex is the Global Head for Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) for KPMG based in Silicon Valley. A highly accomplished executive with over 20 years international experience, Alex joined KPMG in 2012 as the Chief Operating Officer in the UK, taking up the leadership of the UK TMT Sector in 2015, then moving to Silicon Valley to run KPMG’s multi-billion-dollar global TMT business. Alex leads the thousands of KPMG professionals who serve clients across the TMT sector, from start-ups to trillion-dollar tech giants, with a full range of advisory, tax, and audit services. As well as leading the TMT sector globally, Alex is the Global Lead Partner for one of the leading technology companies based in Silicon Valley.

Prior to KPMG Alex held executive positions in organizations across the technology, media and telecoms industries. Over a period of 10 years he led large teams covering Group Strategy, Investor Relations, Sales, Operations, and Product. Alex holds a Management degree from Leeds University. He is a Member of the Royal Television Society (RTS) and spent 2 years on the RTS Technology Committee. In June 2022, Penguin Random House published his book Outpacer, “the blueprint for breakthrough success in the digital era”.

Alex also serves on the Board of the anti-poverty charity JobTrain. For 50 years JobTrain has transformed lives and communities in Silicon Valley. It helps the Valley’s most in need reclaim their lives from poverty and unemployment by preparing them for successful, sustainable careers in high-demand and emerging fields.

Dr Benjamin Iaquinto is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong. His research investigates sustainable tourism and how tourism can enable pro-environmental ways of living. The overriding goal of his scholarship is to understand how tourism might thrive in spite of climate change. He has a PhD in human geography from the University of Melbourne and is a Steering Committee member of the Australian Mobilities Research Network.

Kent embraces change and challenges. He leads Hongkong Land’s digital transformation and innovation activities, focusing on adding value to customers, the business and other stakeholders by exploring and implementing new ideas and technologies. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions in corporate finance, strategy, business development, tax, financial control and risk management in various industries including real estate, hospitality, banking and infrastructure sectors covering the Asia Pacific, US and European regions.

Charmaine Kong is currently Research Assistant at the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, with a specialisation in Sociolinguistics under the School of English. Having recently completed her BA and MA degrees at the University of Hong Kong, she is broadly interested in examining the intersection of language, culture, and society. Her core research interests are concerned with the role language plays in the negotiation of indexical relations, social identities, and power dynamics; including multimodal discourse analysis, social semiotics in digital media, and ethnographic approaches to linguistic landscapes in physical and virtual spaces.

Jordan Kostelac is the Asia Pacific Director of PropTech for JLL, based in Hong Kong. In this role, he provides oversight for JLL’s PropTech platform across Asia Pacific, advising real estate decision-makers on business strategies and transformation programmes through the lens of technology.

Jordan is an active voice of the global PropTech space both online and at industry events. He was responsible for managing the first cohort of Propell Asia, the joint accelerator programme between JLL and Lendlease. In addition, Jordan founded UrbanLab, the first dedicated Proptech accelerator in Mainland China.

Outside of his established status as Asia Pacific’s PropTech Provocateur, Jordan serves as a partner in two Hong Kong craft breweries and acts as an advisor to HKWalls and the 14th Factory: two internationally recognized arts festivals originating in Hong Kong.

Mr. Kenny Koo has been Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (HTHKH or the Company) since August 2018.

Since the boom of the mobile internet, he has spearheaded pioneering mobile projects for the Company with world-leading tech giants such as Apple, Facebook, WhatsApp, Microsoft and Google. Mr Koo is instrumental in driving new business strategies and collaborating with different service providers to bring in new technology as the Company is developing artificial intelligence, block chain, cloud computing, big data, edge computing and IoT solutions. Bhavya Kukrety is one of the young and enthusiastic leaders in sustainable and phydigital urban infrastructure projects, working across various geographics and with various corporations to deliver smart sustainable infrastructure development. She anchors “Smart Cities Centre of excellence” in Meinhardt and has been a key anchor to development of principles and KPIs with reference to Integrated sustainable and smart infrastructure.

There had been many management consultancies working towards digital transformation strategies, but under her leadership Meinhardt formed Smart Cities and Urban Infrastructure Division which formulated unique strategies to bridge the gap between master planning,  smart Infrastructure design and the customer engagement. She strongly believe that sustainability and digital transformation has strong business case in improving the overall operational efficiency and customer experience.

Till date she has worked on large scale resorts, mixed use developments, entertainment, residential and tourism strategy projects worldwide. In various airport and port terminal projects with high impetus on passenger experience and customising the unique journey touch points have been identified and resolved. Under her leadership, the team has innovated the PHYDIGITAL Strategy for the projects of the future.

Mr Kurschat joined KPMG as a Director of Government & Infrastructure Advisory in 2021.

Mr Kurschat has over 20 years of experience in programme controls, programme management and project controls on a variety of international infrastructure mega-projects.

Mr Kurschat has extensive global experience in positions with increasing responsibility, managing commercial teams in planning, budget and cost control, planning, risk management, quality assurance, change management, process improvement, progress reporting and data analytics.

During his career, Mr Kurschat was part of numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in the rail, aviation, industrial and telecoms industries. Between 2017 and 2021, he was instrumental in setting up the internal project management, progress reporting and quality assurance reporting systems for the Hong Kong Airport Authority’s expansion project. Prior to this, he has worked in major capital projects in 6 other countries, including Crossrail in the UK, New Doha International Airport in Qatar and Khalifa Port in the UAE.

Mr Kurschat is a Member of RICS and APM, and an Incorporated Member of CIOB. Mr Kurschat also holds an MSc in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University.

Melanie Kwok is the Head of Sustainability of Sino Group and Tai O Heritage Hotel, she oversees a range of sustainability projects related to Environmental Management, Community Engagement, and Heritage Conservation including Sino Hotels and Tai O Heritage Hotel. Being a specialist in the realm of Sustainable Development for over 13 years, Melanie has also gained extensive experiences in Sustainable Tourism and Stakeholder Engagement.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Management from the Imperial College London, a Master Degree of Science in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge. She is also a certified Sustainable Tourism Professional by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.

Melanie is a member of the Lantau Development Alliance, a member of Business Environment Council’s Environmental Social and Governance Advisory Group, member of HKSAR Sustainable Development Council and a member of the Food Wise Hong Kong Campaign. She is also an honorable mentor for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Environment Students’ Society.

Kim is a Director in KPMG’s Global Real Estate and Asset Management practice, and a member of KPMG’s Global Building, Construction and Real Estate Steering Committee.

She has over 10 years’ experience serving real estate, construction, hotel and investment fund clients, and has produced various KPMG real estate publications on China and Asia Pacific. She was previously the Co-Vice Chair of the Property Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

In July 2019, Kim was appointed the new Director of Women’s Rugby for the Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU) for a three-year term.

Thomson Lai is a technology veteran with over 20 years of experience in the geospatial industry and an expert in digital technology. He is a chartered surveyor and a Certified BIM Manager. Responsible for digital solutions including BIM and business processes, Thomson’s involvement has been integral to many large- scale civil infrastructure projects. His recent projects include the Hong Kong International Airport Three-runway System, 3D digital Hong Kong for the HKSAR Lands Department, multiple BIM and digital twin standard and implementation for Government/Quasi-government, and APAC data center BIM managed service for multinational technology companies.

An experienced technology practitioner, Thomson is a pioneer who integrates technologies such as BIM, GIS, photogrammetry, IoT, and immersive technology for civil and infrastructure projects. He is currently the Asia Digital leader of AECOM driving the adoption of digital technology across the region.

Jessica Lam-Wong is the director of Hop and On Demand Grocery at Deliveroo Hong Kong. Since joining Deliveroo in April 2022, she has been responsible for overseeing the operations of the firm’s first Hop site in Hong Kong, which was launched in July 2022. Hop is a rapid grocery delivery service operated by Deliveroo and is the latest addition to Deliveroo’s business portfolio.

Jessica currently leads a team of over 30 members, including account managers and business development professionals, all working towards a strategic purpose: to offer the best grocery delivery partnership experience to partners, and help them grow their businesses through delivery, while providing consumers with an even more convenient shopping experience with greater choice.Prior to joining Deliveroo, Jessica co-founded JouSun.com in 2015, a grocery startup that delivers fresh food from hundreds of Hong Kong farms and food specialists to homes.

Outside of Hong Kong, Jessica also worked and studied in the US and UK. She was a business strategist at Gucci, analyst at Vision Investment and a management consultant at Capgemini. She graduated from Columbia Business School and Brown University.

Phoenix Lam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and Communication at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interests are in the areas of professional communication, particularly tourism and branding discourse. She is a member of the Department’s Research Centre for Professional Communication in English (RCPCE). Her book Online Place Branding: The Case of Hong Kong compares how Hong Kong as a place brand is officially constructed and publicly perceived on the Internet.

Ms Shirley Lam is the executive Director of Top Spring International Holdings Limited (HKG: 3688). She is responsible for overseeing the business operations related to education and Hong Kong Property Development of the Group. Prior to joining the Company, Ms Lam served in senior managerial positions in a number of blue-chip property developers in Hong Kong, including New World Development China Limited, Hopewell Real Estate Agency Limited and MTR Corporation Limited. Ms Lam has accumulated over 20 years of the management experience in the real estate industry with a focus on real estate development, asset management and management of shopping mall operations. Fuzsan assumes the dual role as Co-Founder of Carbon Wallet (an MTR-owned subsidiary promoting green lifestyle via channels of Mobile App and social media, 2022 Apple AppStore featured Mobile App for Go-Green Engagement) and Assistant Manager – Innovation in MTR Corporation after joining the Corporation as Management Trainee in 2017. As the Co-Founder of Carbon Wallet, he is mainly responsible for Carbon Wallet’s strategic development, financial planning and stakeholder relationship with the vision to build a stronger sustainability and circular economy ecosystem for Hong Kong. He also manages MTR’s Technology and Innovation funding for 0-1 pilots across the company.

Prior to Carbon Wallet, Fuzsan spent his early career in MTR’s Sustainability, Mainland China and International Business, Commercial Development and Corporate Strategy. Kevin Lee is a pioneer in the ArtTech and creative industry in Hong Kong, his signature projects include ‘Liminal Encounters’ he worked together with Asia Society, which is the first Outdoor Augmented Reality Exhibition in Hong Kong, and curating the Opening of the Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2021 (DELF 2021), the annual flagship project of Hong Kong Cyberport, where he combined data visualization, motion captured virtual human dancing and drone performance to create a one of a kind ArtTech stage performance. He had also created the ‘EXPOverse’ with BlockArt, the metaverse gallery which exhibits the NFT artworks of renowned artists like ‘Frog King’ Kwok, Chau Sik Hung and Lam Yuk Fai. The EXPOverse is also used by Lan Kwai Fong, numerous galleries and creative studios. He had also co-founded ArtHub Culture in Lan Kwai Fong, a brand-new art and culture hub in the city.

In addition to acquiring his Professional Education Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT and the High Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard, Kevin is also a postgraduate from MA Art and Culture Enterprise from Central St. Martins, UAL. Maggie Lee has over 25 years of experience with KPMG. She was located in KPMG Shenzhen office from 2004 until 2011. Maggie has extensive experience in providing audit, advisory and capital market services to Hong Kong and mainland Chinese companies. She has a broad client base in a variety of sectors such as consumer and industrial market industries, property and infrastructure, education, healthcare, high-growth innovative sectors. Kelly is a digital marketing veteran with over 20+ years of operation and investment experience in the telecom, media and technology sector. She’s also tech enthusiast and most recently co-founded a blockchain project called Madworld.io a joint-venture opportunity with Animoca Brands. Animoca Brands is a leading blockchain organization headquartered in Hong Kong. Kelly is also the head of strategic alliance for the newly formed Animoca Japan entity that officially launched in December of 2021.

Her role requires her to identify strategic partners and onboard them as a blockchain resource to accelerate the growth of the Animoca ecosystem. Her goal is taking new innovations and integrating them into existing portfolio projects. As the Head of Fintech at InvestHK, the department of the Hong Kong SAR Government responsible for attracting Foreign Direct Investment, King’s mission is to enrich the fintech ecosystem and contribute to the innovation of the financial services sector in Hong Kong. King achieves this goal through partnerships with fintech stakeholders – regulators, financial institutions, investors, fintech companies, associations, etc. in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and other major international fintech hubs.

Prior to joining the government, King had a diverse private sector background as a serial tech entrepreneur, angel investor, and fintech lecturer in Asia where his first data-related start-up was established through seed investment from Credit Suisse. King was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and KPMG in the US, as well as a venture capitalist at Innovate@, a technology fund jointly run by Booz Allen & Hamilton and Lehman Brothers.

King received his MBA (honors) from the University of Chicago and BSc (honors) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Gregg has been a futurist and disrupter, a serial entrepreneur and a coach to startups, a professor of Space entrepreneurship, a governance consultant to MNCs and family businesses, and most importantly, a developer and investor in young leaders. He is now an “Astropreneur.”

Many of his students and mentees are now leading global firms from McKinsey to Microsoft to Huawei. Having worked with, personally coached and mentored, high-flyers with global players such as Aon, American Express, Citibank, IBM, and PWC, he is now retired but still teaching at various universities on esoteric subjects like Space entrepreneurship. He is proud to say that a few of his hundred-plus mentees are now partners at leading consulting firms, global heads at MNCs, and founders of startups. They have been co-travellers on this journey of discovery; and many are now changing the world for the better.

Gregg is currently the founding Chairman of the Orion Astropreneur Space Academy or OASA, an Adjunct Professor at HKU’s Master’s in Space Science, an advisor to a dozen think tanks and universities.

John Liu serves as Head of Digital Service at Schneider Electric. He processes 20+ years of experience in telecommunications, IoT, property, health to emerging technologies and robotic solutions.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, John worked at HKBN Enterprise Solutions and his last position was Associate Director – Digital Transformation (IoT). As a founder of the IoT Department, John was responsible for HKBN Group's IoT service development and offerings in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

Mr. Lo Adrian Jonathan Chun Sing, aged 33, is the Director – Corporate Development and also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Lo joined the Company in October 2018 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and was the Head of Corporate Development before he took up the current position in January 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lo founded and operated his own restaurant and catering business for 5 years. Before running his own business, he was a management trainee at Maxims Restaurant Group for 2 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies with a focus in political science from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. Mr. Lo is the son of Mr. Lo Hong Sui, Vincent, the Chairman of the Company, and the younger brother of Ms. Lo Bo Yue, Stephanie, a Non-executive Director of the Company.

Henry is the Managing Director for Wilson Group, responsible for continuing Wilson Group’s position as Hong Kong’s leading provider of transport infrastructure management services and smart mobility solutions.

Henry is leading the company’s recognition that growth of its existing business divisions requires development and application of digital solutions and platforms. He is also driving the development of new Smart Mobility opportunities involving Government departments, private sector clients and partners.

Henry first joined Wilson Group Hong Kong in 1997 and was responsible for the Wilson businesses in South Korea and China from 2006 to 2017. He relocated back to Hong Kong in 2018.

Raymond is the co-founder and CEO of Farmacy Hong Kong Limited, the 1st “Agri-Prop” (agriculture and properties) tech company in Asia that builds smart indoor mobile farms in highly urbanized cities, enabling supermarkets, restaurants, schools, offices, residential projects, and households to grow what they want and harvest what they need onsite with the new generation of cloud-based and data-driven indoor farming technologies. Together we reduce 30% food waste and 70% carbon emission on transportation while gaining 100% freshness and nutrition intake.

He also initiated and partnered with a local NGO to build K-Farm, the first urban community farm in Asia incorporating hydroponics, aquaponics, and organic farming systems, to promote sustainability education and social good purposes to the public at the harbourfront of Kennedy Town.

Prior to his journey in Farmacy, Raymond was a management consultant in leading international management consulting firms, specialised in strategy planning and execution, business transformation and turnaround. His has extensive experience in retail & FMCG, transportation & logistics, financial services, government & public sectors across 14+ countries in Asia-Pacific region.

Currently sitting in Trade & Industry Advisory Board of HKSAR Government, Consumer Council, and BUD Fund Review Panel, he focuses on improving new tech & innovative product commercialisation, quality enhancement and identifying overseas market opportunities for SMEs through various regional economic and cultural development initiatives for Hong Kong.

Timothy Mak is currently the market leader for Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting) in Hong Kong and Macau, obtained a bachelor’s degree of Computer Science in University of London and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the corporate communication system and information technology industry. He also entitled with management positions in Korea and Mainland China in his early years and has years of management experience across Asia Pacific regional. His last position was Managing Director of Avaya Hong Kong, which he was responsible for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.vMr. Timothy Mak expects Signify to be able to uphold the innovative concept and improve the lives of the public with innovative products under his leadership. Max Moore is the Head of Contemporary Art Auctions for Sotheby’s Asia and Global Co-Head of Sotheby’s Digital Art Department. Max spearheaded Sotheby’s first NFT auction in April of 2021, called The Fungible Collection by Pak and has since sold over $100m USD of NFTs through various NFT focused auctions.

Heidi joined Impossible Foods as General Manager in October 2018. She oversees the strategic development of the business in Hong Kong and Macau, leading all aspects of the business in those markets.

Before joining Impossible Foods, Heidi held several leadership roles at F&B giants Nestle Hong Kong and Campbell Soup Asia, where she served as General Manager of Hong Kong and Taiwan. Esterina Nervino is currently Assistant Professor holding a joint appointment at the Department of English and the Department of Marketing at City University of Hong Kong, where she is also Associate Director of the Sales and Marketing Consulting Unit (SMCU). She is Junior Adjunct Professor of Intercultural Communication and Language Variation at the Universita’ degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia (Italy) and member of the Research Centre for Professional Communication in English at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her research interests include social semiotics, multimodality, business communication, luxury studies in relation to art, space, sustainability, and retail experience.

Colin is the Founder and CEO of Greater Bay Biotechnology (GBBT), which focuses on the research, development and commercialisation of transdermal drug and cell delivery and diagnostic technology with wide applications including the treatment of diseases (e.g. diabetes, cancer, psoriasis) and skincare. Ebele joins KPMG Advisory in Hong Kong as an Associate Director under the ESG Advisory pillar with over 10 years’ experience in energy law, energy transition and sustainability. Her sector experience includes the electric power sector, oil servicing companies and energy research. She is an experienced analyst of complex energy governance systems. Eric Schaffer is CEO, Asia Pacific at essensys and leads the business across the region from Singapore. Queenie is the Founder & CEO of SyZyGy, a Cyberport incubated creative tech company specializing in serving sectors that good user experiences matter to the business. She believes that Metaverse is by nature a milestone of technologies that can connect every aspect of life and eventually everyone, and hence together with her global team, she has devoted to enabling clients from multiple sectors through providing technological solutions that can redefine our reality, with extended reality (XR) and hologram being the two focuses. Sharad is the Asia Pacific Head of Infrastructure for KPMG. Sharad focuses on advising clients in the space of smart infrastructure, infratech and ESG transformation across sectors. Over the last 20+ years he has advised clients in cities, power and utilities and transport sector covering the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to operations. Sharad brings in-depth experience of working with different stakeholders including governments, regulatory agencies, developers, financial institutions and technology providers. He has been focused on leveraging technology for better infrastructure delivery as well structuring innovative financing for infrastructure sector. Energy transition and climate change are key parts of his focus as clients navigate the environment and sustainability challenges.

Sharad has advised various government and private sector clients in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. Sharad’s main thrust has been on privatization / PPP advisory, fund raising and project implementation and operational optimization for power, renewable energy, water, waste management, and technology projects in the region.

Gene Soo is the Head of Ecosystem of Global Innovation Department at MTR. Having led the creation of Hong Kong's startup ecosystem by cofounding StartupsHK, Gene is now tasked with building new businesses and enhancing the core MTR business with technology, partnerships, and new business models. Prior to his role at MTR, Gene led the launch of Citymapper, a transport app, into Hong Kong in 2015 as General Manager. Prior to Citymapper, Gene has been involved in building fashion, lifestyle and mobile gaming startups.

Gene has been pushing for more focus on user experience, sustainability and open data practice in Hong Kong and believes strongly in improving daily lives through better design and technology.

Gene received his BS and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University as well as MBA from Columbia University.

Professor Sun Dong grew up in Beijing. He studied his doctorate degree in Hong Kong in 1994 and pursued further studies overseas. After his return to Hong Kong in 2000, he joined the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) as professor and started a high-tech company. Prior to his appointment as Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun was CityU’s Head and Chair Professor of Department of Biomedical Engineering, and Director of Center for Robotics and Automation.

Professor Sun is currently Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering in Canada, Member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Fellow of the International Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering, and Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) in the USA. He has been committed in promoting higher education and frontline scientific research in Hong Kong for more than 20 years, nurturing for Hong Kong many talents in the field of innovation and technology. He was a Legislative Council Member from January to June 2022.

Kristi Swartz is an experienced fintech lawyer and has been instrumental in developing Hong Kong’s fintech ecosystem. Benson is a “3-in-1” civil engineer, software engineer and financial engineer. He combines deep finance, technology and China insights.

He has been a private equity investor in Asia for 30 years, including being a Partner at Fidelity Growth Partners Asia. During his ten years at Fidelity he was involved in multiple China “Super-Unicorns” such as Alibaba, AsiaInfo (software and IT services provider) and WuXi AppTec (pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device provider).

Benson started his journey into finance in 1989 as an investment banker at S.G. Warburg in London, followed by East Asia Warburg in Hong Kong. In 1992, he began his private equity career at Hellman & Friedman Asia in Hong Kong.

For the past 20 years since 2002 Benson has been based in Beijing. He holds a MSc in Computing from University of Oxford and a “double first” BSc in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, and is also a UK Chartered Accountant.

Alex is a recognised Sport Psychologist from the UK being studied and practised in the UK with local teams and professional footballers. Alex also has been working from junior players, Premier League’s team to Asian game representatives. Being working with multiple world class coaches, he is trying to bring the benefits of mental strength and cognitive enhancement to the industry. Moreover, he is also a Sport Psychology Consultant for 5 other Sport Association and teaching as a Lecturer in various Colleges and Universities in Hong Kong.

James Thompson is the Head of Digital at Gammon Construction. He is responsible for driving and orchestrating corporate level digitalization and formulating and implementing the businesses digital strategy. He also leads the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) teams.

His responsibilities include integrating engineering and construction with emerging technologies and establishing co-creative eco-systems to drive business efficiency pushing Gammon towards off-site manufacturing and integrating built assets into the smart city.

Prior to joining Gammon Construction, James worked in the UK and Middle East where he successfully implemented and executed digital/ BIM/ PLM strategies on cross sector/industry projects for major clients such as NTT Communications, Jaguar Land Rover and EDF.

Scott Thiel is the founder and entrepreneur-in-residence of TOKO, an enterprise-grade tokenisation engine and digital asset management platform. Scott advises clients around the world on all aspects of tokenisation and its application in digital capital markets; and was responsible for helping TOKO to structure the first debt tokenisation transaction in Asia.

Scott was formerly Asia Head of DLA Piper’s Global Technology and FinTech sector initiative; and was a leader within DLA Piper’s recently launched “Blockchain and Digital Assets” practice group. He is also the firm’s representative on the Hedera Hashgraph Governing Council – a next generation public distributed ledger technology (DLT) infrastructure through which DLA Piper is hosting a node. Scott is also a non-executive director of the Blockchain Think Lab, Hedera Hashgraph, and the HBAR Foundation.

In March 2022, Scott supported DLA Piper with TOKO service offerings and has successfully helped to secure the appointment as the exclusive legal service provider for the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), an authority that is linked to the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) and responsible for licensing and regulating the sector across Dubai's mainland and the free zone territories.

Graham Tier, FMP, CFM, MRICS, PMP, IFMA Fellow, currently serves as the General Manager, District Facility Services with West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA), the largest Cultural and Arts developments under construction in the world. This project will showcase international grade arts and culture stretching across 40 hectares of land right on Hong Kong's wonderful Victoria Harbour. This project will attract visitors from around the world with it's iconic buildings and impressive public open spaces.

Tier has more than 25 years of experience in operations and maintenance for leading international companies including British American Tobacco, Johnson & Johnson, McPherson’s and Amcor, and shares a network with many blue chip organizations internationally. He has over 16 years’ experience in Asia and previously managed all FM operations for The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

As an ambassador of FM best practices and innovation in Asia, he has transformed facility services across property segments, including introducing asset health policies and procedures, FM-enabling technology and new forms of FM contracts. This has previously led building technology and its application to sustainable buildings, and one of the first organization in Hong Kong to utilize mobile technology in the management of FM workflows.

Tier has studied at various institutions and has gained qualifications in mechanical engineering, operations management and construction management. He holds international credentials in facility management, including the FMP and CFM designations, and was a former certified trainer for IFMA. He is a senior professional member of RICS and a member of the RICS Asia Board.

Tier is a fellow member of IFMA. He joined IFMA in 2005 and has held a number of senior positions in the Hong Kong chapter, including president in 2009-10. In those roles he has advanced IFMA as a custodian of industry best practices and has forged links with many key organizations, including public bodies and other supporting societies. He has been instrumental in the promotion of FM credentials and was the driving force behind Hong Kong’s FM community. After joining the IFMA executive committee in 2016/17 and taking on the top position in 2018/19 he was instrumental in driving change within IFMA as the Global Board Chair with remarkable results.

His long service to the profession has included speaking at seminars and conferences around Asia, promoting the FM industry and sharing his insight and experience on wide-ranging topics promoting the profession.

A pioneer and unifier of the Hong Kong art gallery scene, Dr. Tsui-Leung co-founded the Hong Kong Art Gallery Association in 2012. She established Ora-Ora in 2006 and has successfully launched the international careers of many contemporary artists, building major exhibition opportunities at international museums and art fairs, and placed major works into prominent museums and collections. Dr. Tsui-Leung has had a decisive impact on the evolution of contemporary ink art, bringing artists of diverse vision, concept and media to new audiences around the world. Before her career in the arts, Dr. Tsui-Leung spent 11 years in Corporate and Investment banking with Citigroup and HSBC specializing in Real Estate Sector and Public Institution Sector.

A life-long learner, Henrietta obtained undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Economics from Queens University, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University- Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2018, Dr. Tsui-Leung completed her PhD degree in Art Theory at Shanghai University. Her doctorate thesis published was a Comparative Study on the Art Finance Development between the East and the West.

Dr. Tsui-Leung is keen to develop the art ecology of Hong Kong and Asia in different ways. She is appointed as a Co-opted Member of the Sub-committee on Visual Arts under Advisory Committee on Arts Development in Home Affairs Bureau of Hong Kong and she is a Founding Patron of Hong Kong M+ Museum of Visual Culture and Hong Kong Palace Museum. Dr. Tsui-Leung serves as an art advisor for different multinational institutions and provides professional opinions on art collection. She is also a Senior Research Analyst of the China Art Industry Research Institute and the China Art Economics Institute. She is regularly invited to speak as a thought leader, a columnist in art market magazines and publishes academic papers on contemporary ink and art finance in the global art market. As a prolific female cultural entrepreneur, she plays an active role in the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation Hong Kong. She has been awarded with Top 100 Chinese Women Entrepreneurs and Collector of the Year by Xinhuanet in China.

Joris has been working with cities in over 40 countries to enhance their planning, service delivery and financial management. Currently Joris is responsible for the implementation of the ADB managed ASEAN – Australia Smart Cities Trust Fund. Furthermore, Joris oversees processing and administration of future and ongoing urban projects in Indonesia financed by ADB. Prior to moving to Indonesia, Joris was with ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change department and coordinated ADB’s Smart Cities work and helped draft ADB’s Livable Cities Operational Priority Plan. He among others managed Cities Development Initiative for Asia which as a multi-donor Trust Fund assists medium-sized Asian cities to link their high priority infrastructure investments to financing. Prior to joining ADB, he was a Program Director for the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and worked for UN-HABITAT; the European Commission and the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies. During the 2014 World Cities Summit in Singapore, Mr. Van Etten was recognized as World Cities Summit Young Leader.

Andrew is Regional Senior Partner of KPMG in Hong Kong and Vice Chairman of KPMG China. He has over 30 years' experience servicing listed companies, public bodies, investment funds and MNCs in Hong Kong, China, Asia and internationally. He has a keen interest in corporate governance, board leadership and business in the community and leads the quarterly KPMG Independent Non-Executive Directors Forum.

Andrew is a Fellow of ICAEW and HKICPA and is a Fellow and Council Member of the Institute of Directors. He is a regular speaker at forums, universities and business schools on governance and business issues.

Andrew has had a number of senior national, global and regional roles with KPMG. He is currently the Global Chairman of Asset Management and Real Estate, and ASPAC Chairman of Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare, which also includes the real estate, hospitality and transport sectors. Andrew also sits on the Global Financial Services Steering Group, Global Client Advisory Board and Chair of Audit Management Board. Andrew is in the global leadership team of KPMG’s Belt & Road Centre of Excellence and chairs the UK -China corridor leading efforts in establishing greater linkages between Chinese, UK and International business and investment partners. Andrew previously was Head of Capital Markets at KPMG China and Asset Management in Asia Pacific.

Andrew was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and to sit on the Greater Bay Belt and Road Committee and chair the Global Belt and Road Forum. Andrew was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a director of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and chairs its Governance Committee and sits on the FSDC Policy Research Committee. He previously chaired the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and sits on the advisory panels of the Securities Institute, Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Andrew is Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council and Plan International and Deputy Chairman of UNESCAP on Financial Services. He is a director of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, ANREV and Community Business. He was previously Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and of Community Business Leadership Council as well as a member of the International Business Council.

Andrew was made an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2017 for his contribution to trade and investment links between Hong Kong, China and the UK and was awarded Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors for his services to the NGO sector. He is a Justice of the Peace.

He has an honours degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Economic Development.

Anise Wong is a Year 13 student at King George V School studying the International Baccalaureate. She is passionate about the study of environmental economics, and a devoted leader of student-led organisation Seaing Change. Like many others, Anise strives for a better Hong Kong, with sustainability and equity at the forefront.

Ben manages and drives the strategy of Eureka Nova, a leading open innovation platform that empowers technology startups to co-create within the New World Group ecosystem of culture, creativity, and innovation. Through Eureka Nova’s accelerator programs, open competitions, and sandboxes, participating startups work with New World Group’s business units and corporate partners to design innovative technologies that solve real business problems. Ben also launched Impact Kommons, the first UN SDG accelerator in APAC focused on accelerating impact with purpose-driven startups, and the GBA Accelerator, a supply chain, logistics, and robotics startup accelerator designed to help companies scale across the Greater Bay Area.

Prior to Eureka Nova, Ben founded Startup Launchpad, now Asia’s largest I.o.T. startup trade event. He has helped startups raise more than $2 million on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. He is an angel investor and regularly mentors in startup support programs.

Ben graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

As the Industry Lead (Education) at Microsoft Hong Kong, Ivan Wong manages the company’s relationship with education providers across higher education and K12. His team envisions to drive student and school success by deploying and localizing the Microsoft Education Transformation Framework, building best practices in areas of school Leadership & Policy, Teaching & Learning, Intelligent Environment, Academic Research, Secure and Connected Campus.

Prior to joining Microsoft Hong Kong, Ivan was the Public Sector Lead for Hong Kong & Taiwan at LinkedIn, a Microsoft subsidiary and the world’s largest networking platform for professionals. In this capacity, he worked closely with policy makers and talent cultivators including government and schools to improve the employment ecosystem and keep the workforce informed on directions of education and upskilling.

Keith Wong is currently the Head of Digital Business in Siemens Limited’s Smart Infrastructure Division. With over 15 years’ experience in protection, control automation, smart grid technology, product life cycle management and HV power plant maintenance, he is now leading digital transformation of power industry, including asset condition monitoring, Health Index (HI) calculation and residual life estimation, and Energy Efficiency Data Systems implementations.

Keith is a Chartered Engineer, obtains the Fellow Membership in the Society of Operations Engineers (UK), PMP® and BEAM Professional certification. Apart from his formal duties, he is the Deputy Head of Smart Technology Development Specialist Group in Society of Operations Engineers (HK Region), Committee Member of The Hong Kong Institutions of Engineers in both Electrical Division and Electronics Division.

Keith obtained his Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as his Master Degree of Electrical Engineering in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Olivia Wong recently joined MTR Corporation Limited as General Manager – Environmental & Social Responsibility. She is responsible for formulating and implementing clear and effective strategies in achieving MTR's social and environmental objectives and in championing the corporation's ESG efforts and commitments.

Prior to joining MTR, Olivia spent 30+ years with the Swire group in different business units including Cathay Pacific and Swire Properties. Her most recent role in John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd was the Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion, a role that was created in August 2018. She developed a coherent diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) strategy and aligned D&I initiatives across the Swire Group.

Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She also has an MBA from the University of Michigan. Olivia is a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for over 16 years. She currently serves as the chair on their board in Hong Kong and as a director on their international board.

William Wu is the Co-CEO of Catheon Gaming, a leader in blockchain gaming and metaverse. In the 11 short months since the inception of Catheon Gaming, he has led the company to build the largest portfolio of blockchain games and one of the most in-depth ecosystems in the industry. Before founding Catheon Gaming, he was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he focused on opportunistic special situations and private equity opportunities. Mr. Mike Yang Jui Kang has 18 years of N. America Market plus over 9 years of China Market successful track records in sports industry and sports technology innovation development; also has accumulated many Global and China’s top-notch Sports IP, resources, network, expertise and Know-Hows. Mr. Yang has founded several successful sports industry companies and hold executive positions in many world-class sports brands enterprises. In addition, Mr. Yang has also invested in both local and oversea sports related companies, including the world’s largest sports technology innovation platform.

Alan is a partner of KPMG. Alan joined KPMG Hong Kong in 2004. In his early years, Alan spent extensive time working in mainland China, primarily in Beijing and Shanghai, primarily on state-owned enterprises IPO projects.

Mr. Yeung has extensive experience in the areas of smart city, cybersecurity, corporate and business development, science park development and government affairs. In 2021, he established and served as the President of the Greater Bay Area International Information Technology Association, which aims to promote the integration of information between the three places and promote the application of information technology in people's livelihood and industry. In 2018, he teamed up with former Barcelona Deputy Mayor Antoni Vives, former Alibaba Data Committee Chairman Herbert Chia, to establish Intelli Global Corporation to provide top-level design and big data/artificial intelligence related products with new smart city concepts. In 2015, he was appointed as the Chief Information Officer by the HKSAR Government. Mr. Yeung was responsible for formulation of policies and strategies for Hong Kong's information industry on digital economy, e-government, cyber-security, and the blueprint for developing Hong Kong into the world's leading smart city. Mr. Yeung holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas (Austin), a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of the University of Northwestern in conjunction with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr Eric Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Skyzer VC Group and is active in the innovation & technology industry. He is the Founding President of the Esports Association Hong Kong, the Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium and the Honorary Associate Professor of Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Mr Yeung is also the Director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited and digital economy development committee member. With regard to youth development, Mr Yeung advocates youth contribution to society. He disseminates positive information to the public with a view to shaping a harmonious society with innovative technology. Mr Yeung was selected as the 4th Young Leader of the Junior Chamber International Harbour in 2010.

Heidi is Digital Editor and Hong Kong Editor for Gen.T, and has been a digital journalist for more than ten years. She was previously a digital production editor for South China Morning Post, Hong Kong's primary English language newspaper, and before that she was web editor of Young Post, the secondary school edition of the SCMP.

Raymond Yeung is not only a Certified Sustainable Development Planner (CSDP) but also a human-centered and mindful entrepreneur who always strives to make the world better. Sustainability and equality are in Raymond’s mind all the time. Therefore, ensuring an inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all (SDG No. 4 ) has become Futurenow’s core values. Darren is the Asia Pacific Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications located in Singapore. He is also the Asia Pacific Head of Client & Market Development and is part of the Asia Pacific Leadership team. A highly accomplished executive with over 20 years’ experience in Telecom and Information Technology, Darren is passionate about bringing emerging technology solutions to clients, to enable their digital transformation journey. Darren has led key technology engagements in KPMG which cover Strategy, Data Migration, Cloud, Blockchain and use case builds. Working with C-suite clients across Telecom, Technology, Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Energy and Resource, Consumer, he advises businesses on Strategy, Transformation, Cyber Security, Data and Analytics and Cloud.

Prior to joining KPMG, Darren worked in the industry where he held key positions in companies such as Orange Business Services, Verizon Business, Sprint International, Lucent Worldwide Services, Siemens, and Nortel.

Ir Andrew Young has over 35 years of executive experience, he was the Chief Commercial Officer (2015-2017) of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation and Director of Partnership Development (1998-2011) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ir Young is currently an Associate Director (Innovation) of Sino Group with responsibility to explore and identify the Group’s innovation and technology development and explore investment opportunities.

Ir Young graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) degree and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Professional Engineer of the Institutions of Engineers Australia. Ir Young is also an Adjunct Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The University of Hong Kong. He serves on various committees in different universities, such as Singapore Management University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, etc. Ir Young also sits on various position in leading commerce and industry associations, including the Chairman of Hong Kong Automation Technology Council and AI & Robotics Alliance of Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Startup Council and Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association, and member of Construction Industry Council, etc.

Anderson is founder at Gamenoodlesoup, an education and entertainment technology consultation and developer, and a Microsoft in Education and Minecraft Global Training Partner. Graduated from a psychology background and self-learnt tech, he takes an avid interest in finding innovative solutions on how to integrate technology with everyday routines and content, that capture the interest and attention of the target audiences.

As a tech integrator and innovator, he and his team have been involved in multiple projects which transform traditional ideas from advertising, entertainment, and education industries, to a comprehensive gamified tech solutions which attracts interest from stakeholders.

As an educator, he is keen on passing knowledge on tech and tech integration to others. A lecturer at VTC and one of the initiators at Cubic Community Lab, a social enterprise aimed to enable digital natives to learn about integrate online and offline matters, he leads multiple programs and courses for youth to learn about the essential knowledge in the 21st century.

Chi Zhang is the Corporate Social Responsibility Director at KPMG China, leading the firm’s commitment and action in the areas of advancing sustainability, lifelong learning and promoting inclusive development. She is a seasoned CSR and sustainability professional with over 18 years of experience working in private and non-profit sectors, of which 8 years are with KPMG China. Prior to her current role, she was the VP, Global Philanthropy, Asia Pacific for J.P. Morgan.

Jenny is the Director of ESG and Decarbonization for Urban Land Institute APAC. She is the APAC champion for ULI’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance, which is a global alliance of 70+ leading real estate asset owners and investors with more than $1T in combined AUM, all striving to achieve net zero. Previously as an entrepreneur, Jenny helped clients in the real estate, logistics and energy sectors to map their carbon footprints and build digital tools to manage their emissions. She also advised on dozens of cross-border M&A transactions while at Deloitte. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a dual degree in business and fine arts. She is a licensed CPA, and a trainer in social impact assessment as well as design thinking.
