Jonathan has a blended mix of Management Consulting coupled with rich HR business partner experience in Financial Services with global investment banks. His current responsibilities include advising clients on how to elevate their HR functions using the power of data and cloud. He has worked extensively across Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and Australia. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he has a proven track record to help clients drive the People and Change agenda focused on transforming the HR function. He has authored articles on technology-led HR transformation and a guest speaker on the future of work for HR. Jonathan is a Lead Architect for HR Target Operating Model (TOM) – part of KPMG Powered Enterprise solution which helps organizations transform with the power of cloud.

Prior to joining KPMG via an acquisition in 2015, Jonathan led the HR Service Delivery Practice for Asia Pacific at Towers Watson.
