With almost CHF 4.4 billion invested, the direct property investment market in the canton of Geneva reached a new record level in 2021, showing a 18% growth against 2020.
This very high transaction volume results from a very high number of large transactions. Indeed, 19 transactions exceeding CHF 50 million were recorded, representing cumulatively approx. CHF 2.8 billion in investments (63% of the annual investment volume).
