Andreas Besel

Andreas Besel leads our Swiss Deal Advisory Strategy team which is part of KPMG’s Global Strategy Group (GSG). The GSG helps organizations to change, grow, adapt, shape and respond to disruptive forces.

Andreas works closely with global multinational enterprises on topics related to their portfolio and growth agenda with a particular focus on pre- and post-deal integration and separation expert advice.

He has profound knowledge in planning and implementing global deals along the full transaction life cycle. In his role as the Head of our Strategy team, Andreas leads both domestic and cross-border integration and separation engagements for a variety of clients and industries, covering life sciences, financial services and industrial groups. His country experience includes Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Russia, China and USA.
