On October 28, 2025, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") issued an order (the "First-Day Initial Order") pursuant the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in respect of Lithion Technologies Inc., Lithion Saint-Bruno Inc. et Lithion International Inc.

On November 7, 2025, (the "Court") has issued an Amended and Restated Initial Order pursuant the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). This order provides a stay of proceedings until January 30, 2026.
