Paul Watson

Paul Watson joined KPMG in Canada as the Calgary Global Mobility Services Practice Leader in October, 2010. His clients include some of the most prominent oil and gas producers in Canada as well as companies in various other industries including oilfield services, transportation, construction and technology, including both inbound and outbound international assignments and permanent relocations. Paul has held progressively senior roles with the “big 4” accounting firms over the past 15 years. His primary focus has been on corporate global mobility programs, helping Canadian companies enter new foreign markets and foreign companies establish their presence or improve the way they do business in Canada. During this time he has had many opportunities to serve clients, particularly in the areas of global mobility tax compliance, program management, process improvement, policy development and cost reduction. Paul is a member of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), an organization that strives to be “the force of change” on workforce mobility issues. International Experience: Paul was previously an international assignee in the United States.
