With nearly 25 years of professional services experience dedicated to finance and business transformation I am passionate about advising Senior Executives on assessing the state of an organization, determining inefficiencies and implementing large scale transformation initiatives. I have worked across geographies in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Americas and consulted with clients across numerous industries including retail, government, financial services, oil & gas, and telecommunications delivering successful implementations. 

Professional and industry experience:

Rajeev brings deep experience in Finance Transformation given his tenure most recently as a Transformation Executive at Coast Capital responsible for Strategy-Execution and implementation of all enterprise transformation initiatives ranging from Core Banking solution, Digital Platform solution, Customer Relationship Management solution, Contact Centre technology solution, Loan origination and Auto Adjudication technology solution, Digital Customer onboarding, Personal Financial Management and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He also implemented the 1st RPA solution in the Credit Union environment in Canada and the 1st to implement/host the solution in the cloud (Amazon Web Services). He co-authored a white paper on RPA implementation. 

In addition, during his tenure in management consulting with PwC, Rajeev was also responsible for the Global Finance Transformation initiatives at HSBC Canada. Some of the key programs include, the implementation of a multi-million dollar General Ledger (Peoplesoft Financials) converting financial consolidation activities from legacy systems, implementation of multi-currency functionality for multi-million dollar General Ledger system coupled with conversion of key product system used by Global Banking & Markets Division, deployment of a Global Liquidity Platform to assist with compliance of Basel III specific liquidity reporting requirements, enhancement of Management Reporting information and development of Common Reporting requirements

In his role as Finance transformation Leader, he has led technology implementation in corporate services, including optimizing the finance function through transformation of Procure-toPay, Order-to-Cash, Close-to-report with Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft; executing coaching on LEAN Six Sigma principles with the mindset of driving higher adoption of LEAN practices.
