Christian Lecours

Christian Lecours is Partner on the Finance Transformation practice within Advisory Services, Management Consulting at KPMG's office in Montreal. He works closely with CFOs to improve the performance of their finance function by reviewing their finance strategic plan, improving and standardizing business and finance processes, assisting in the selection and evaluation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software packages, improving available management information and proposing a finance delivery model in line with business objectives. His goal is to help the CFO’s team to maximize the time spent on value-added activities and promoting the realization of the business partner role that finance needs to play today. 

In recent years, Christian has directed and carried out numerous major engagements on a provincial, national or international scale. He is known for his ability to lead and manage transformation projects, integrate new trends, implement good practices and quickly improve transactional or strategic activities in order to raise the level of service and/or reduce their cost. Before joining KPMG, he worked for over 14 years in accounting and financial services, taking on a number of roles, including chief finance officer and corporate controller, in both public and private companies in different industry sectors.
