Devrin is a Partner with KPMG Law. He has extensive experience advising First Nation clients on a wide variety of matters including economic development initiatives, tax efficient corporate structuring using partnerships, corporations and trusts, governance, leasing and development on First Nation lands, housing initiatives and the settling of First Nation trusts. Devrin also regularly advises First Nation clients on the drafting and implementation of First Nation laws including Land Code, Financial Administration Laws and Housing Policies to name a few. Devrin is committed to helping First Nation communities foster economic empowerment on First Nations lands by helping them assert jurisdiction, leverage their resources and engage in economic partnerships.
