Colin has deep experience working with high profile clients across multiple industries (government, public infrastructure, oil & gas, mining and financial services) and has worked across multiple geographies (UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia) to help co-develop and solve some of their most complex corporate and capital asset delivery challenges.

Colin excels in developing and leading cross-functional teams focused on governance, planning, delivery and operations to build the capacity, capability and confidence of executive teams in delivering either their complex; multi-stakeholder; transformation programs or mega capital projects (USD$1bn+).
