Stéphan Drolet is the Partner-in-charge for Advisory in Québec Region. He has extensive experience across several industries. His areas of expertise includes audit and forensic services, including fraud investigation and prevention, business valuations, insurance claims and civil litigation/quantification of damages. He has been involved with many valuation mandates within the context of sales and purchases of business, litigation, tax issues and others. He has vast experience in business valuations, ranging from the biotechnology, information technology, manufacturing and distributing, within different industries such as pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, wood exportation and printing.
