Stephanie Caron

Stephanie focuses on advising private companies, their shareholders and high net worth families. She is an active member of the Family Office team in KPMG’s Calgary office. Through long-term relationships Stephanie has fostered over more than a decade, she has developed a distinction for delivering end-to-end services from start-up through to eventual exit; common to all private enterprises (be it a generational transfer, a sales transaction or winding down operations). Her experience includes corporate tax reorganization, succession and estate planning, merger & acquisition transactions, partnership structuring, and Canadian corporate and personal tax compliance. Over her career, she has worked in various industries including real estate & construction, technology, and a variety of service companies.
