After working in the actuarial field at the beginning of her career, Sylvie has focused, for over 28 years, on applying her passion for numbers and the need for simplicity of her target clientele of high net-worth families, to deliver life insurance solutions tailored to their needs. She is recognized for integrating an approach that encompasses estate, tax, financial and wealth management planning, in a holistic manner. Over the course of her career, she has built a solid reputation for developing innovative tax-efficient insurance strategies, maximizing intergenerational transfer of wealth, facilitating the transition of governance of high-net-worth family businesses and entrepreneurs. 

At KPMG, Sylvie is the Family Office Co-Leader for Québec. She leads the development of the high-net-worth family market where she helps clients effectively meet their specific and complex needs, discussing and treating issues related to their wealth and aligning their personal and professional goals, as well as those, unique to their family needs. She helps develop tailored proposals such as those covering risk management, the application of wealth management technology, governance, philanthropy, and life management services. Sylvie understands that equipping business-oriented families with the right support and sound advice will ensure their continuity and success for generations to come.

Sylvie is actively involved with many causes she is passionate about in the fight against poverty, the advancement of science, and social inclusion of neurodiverse adults.
