Financial Statement Audit

Independent financial statement audits enhance the reliability of the information provided by organizations to investors, creditors and other stakeholders in accordance with statutory requirements.

Regulatory Audit

Many organizations are obliged to obtain independent verification of financial and other information reported to regulators. Others voluntarily seek independent verification to avoid factual errors and the risk of non-compliance. Regulatory audits include but are not limited to financial statements audits. A major role of the auditor is to assist regulators with the prudential supervision exercised by the regulatory bodies. Additional involvement may also be requested to answer specific needs.

Attestation Services

In addition to the traditional financial statement audit most organizations experience additional needs for independent, objective assurance on financial information, transactions and processes. Independent assurance and verification adds credibility to an organization's disclosures and reporting, particularly when it is not a statutory requirement.
