John has over 32 years of audit, restructuring and accounting advisory experience.

John has been the Lead Partner for a variety of audit and related services engagements in various industry sectors, including financial institutions (banks and trust companies, credit unions, mutual funds and investment companies), oil and gas, hospitality, transportation, real estate and consumer markets, under IFRS and US GAAP.

John has also led numerous restructuring assignments, including those involving complex cross border restructuring issues.  These include court appointed compulsory liquidations, members voluntary liquidations, trustee in bankruptcy, judicial management of insurance companies, receiverships, independent business reviews and lender advisory services.
