Innovation and technology for gender equity in tax, mobility and legal
With the goal of having women hold 33% of leadership roles globally at the Partner and Director level by 2025, gender equality is core to our Values and vital to our Purpose. Within KPMG firms Tax, Mobility and Legal practices, this commitment remains, with each practice working to support and empower women in technology and innovation.
Inspired by the UN’s 2023 International Women’s Day theme of “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”1 , KPMG leaders in Tax, Mobility and Legal recently sat down with future leaders to discuss how KPMG firms and their people are advancing the momentum towards gender equality, specifically women in leadership throughout the technology and innovation space.
