I joined KPMG in August 2001 and I am a Tax Director within the Estate Planning Practice of KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers. I have over 14 years’ experience in providing tax and legal services to (family owned) businesses, as well as their shareholders or individuals with respect to their estate and wealth planning. I am specialized in advising family-owned businesses and SMEs regarding acquisitions, restructuring and wealth/inheritance planning, with respect to income taxes, registration duties and inheritance taxes as well as tax optimization.
