I am an Executive Director for People Services at KPMG Tax, Legal & Accountancy in Belgium, with more than 20 years of experience. My expertise includes providing advice, compliance, and coordination assistance in areas such as individual income tax, wage withholding tax, social security, tax equalization, payroll, compensation and benefits, and global mobility. I serve as the Head of People Development and the Head of the Payroll Team for People Services in Belgium. I am also part of the EMA Learning & Development team within our Global Mobility Services Practice.
