I achieve this through improved multidimensional insights into the cost performance and profitability of their business, as well as increasing the value of cost controlling initiatives. Other areas of expertise include finance transformation for improved finance operating models and technology deployment, financial and business planning, budgeting and (predictive) forecasting.
