Alexis has over 26 years of experience as Auditor. Alexis is Lead Partner for (listed) groups preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. He is also in charge of the audit of foreign subsidiaries of companies preparing their group reporting in accordance with international accounting principles (USA and IFRS). He is familiar with the following sectors: Industry, Chemicals, Electricity, Transport, etc. Alexis has extensive experience in IT, accounting, review and compilation of financial statements, IFRS, merger and acquisition and due diligence.
