It is more than a desire to contribute, we believe it is our responsibility to help and to play an active part in our communities in Barbados. In addition to our adoption of a school and our covenants with a number of worthy causes, KPMG actively encourages and supports our employees’ personal volunteer activities that make a contribution to people in the community.

However, the term corporate citizenship speaks of a much more active and engaged approach to tackling our societies major issues. We are committed to continuously finding ways to lend our skills and experience – the core tools we use daily – to make a difference and help bring about a more sustainable world. We believe these approaches represent a tangible expression of good corporate citizenship and of the philosophies and values that characterise our organisation.
