Ivana Nikolić

Ivana became part of the KPMG team in 2009 and stayed with us until 2011. Afterwards, she spent four years in the Audit Office of the FB&H institutions, and has been with us again since 2015. Her previous work experience includes engagements in KPMG Australia and Supré Pty Ltd in the accounting department. As part of her responsibilities as Assistant Manager, Ivana performed audit of the financial statements, and conducted field work (audit process control in the field, coordination of activities of the auditor and client staff, and review of the working papers of the auditor staff) and reporting. In addition to the audit, she also participated in due diligence projects, accounting consulting and forensic projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ivana has a significant experience in audit engagements in financial and nonfinancial sector. Additionally, she was involved in process analysis and re-design, business process improvement and process redesign for clients such as: VIPnet d.o.o. Ivana is operational manager for IFRS 15 implementation for major local telco company.
