Tax Criteria of Venturous taxpayers
On July 28th 2020, The Cabinet of Ministers published the resolution on approval of Criteria for venturous taxpayers, as well as risky operations. The resolution consists of the number of criteria, meeting at least one of which, a taxpayer must be considered as venturous.
