Yegana has more than 8 years of experience in consulting, specifically in Tax and Global mobility services. She advises clients on tax and social security legislation, mitigation of tax risks, optimization of employment structures, evaluation of tax compliance and permanent establishment issues, benchmarking global assignment policies against comparable competitor groups, development of compensation and employee incentive plans, including adaptation of international long-term incentive plans to the requirements of tax and labor laws. Yegana also has extensive knowledge in building and developing several HR businesses, development of HR policies and procedures, HR audit, assessment and development programs for personnel, as well as launch of salary benchmarking surveys in Azerbaijan and the region.
She works with a number of international and local companies, such as large telecommunication companies, major oil and gas entities, international and local financial organizations, and others.
