Responsibilities:

  • Taking part in different stages of VMAF engagements
  • Source information gathering, processing and analysis
  • Analysis of comparable companies, comparable transactions, market key players, market trends, etc.
  • Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting market research
  • Assistance in preparation of financial models and related calculations
  • Assistance in report writing
  • Assistance in preparation of client deliverables, presentations and other engagement-related documentation as well as marketing materials
 

Requirements:

  • BA/MA graduate
  • Knowledge of valuation approaches and methods
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user
  • Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to details
  • Fluent English, Russian and Azerbaijani​
  • ACCA student / CFA candidate as an advantage
