Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (Students/Fresh graduates)
  • Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both oral and written);
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point);
  • Telephone and business etiquette competency;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different categories of staff;
  • Team player;
  • Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Result-oriented and proactive in problem solving;
  • Stress-resistance.

Job responsibilities:

  • Organization of internal meetings (preparation of agenda based on managers requests, printing docs, etc);
  • Organization of Partners and managers meetings with clients (communicating with Clients’ personal assistances, booking places, etc.);
  • Assistance in preparation of contracts, proposals and presentation materials;
  • Assistance in execution of internal risk management procedures;
  • Assist in proposal and tender processes, e.g. collection of required documents, binding and sending proposals, etc;
  • Other tasks related to the administrative work of consulting department.
