The pandemic has increased the demand for services provided by not-for-profit organisations and the purpose for which they exist.
This has been compounded by operational and economic challenges, including workforce recruitment, inflationary pressures and market volatility caused by recent global events.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters have seen a dramatic increase in the last 12 months, with increased expectations from all stakeholders for organisations to be good corporate citizens, particularly following COP26 Conference held in Glasgow in 2021.
