This includes strategies, provider selection and evaluation, reviews, transitions and ongoing outsourcing management. Locally Michael has worked with many of the ASX Top 200 companies.
Michael is passionate about helping clients to operate globally, and draws on his time living and working in Asia to engage with different ways of approaching business.
Prior to KPMG, Michael was the Asia Pacific leader of Gartner Consulting's Sourcing Advisory practice for seven years.
As a father of two, he is busy outside of work with family activities. Tennis and golf keep him fit, while visits to his wife’s homeland, the UK, are always on the agenda.
