She works with individuals and organisations from the private sector, all levels of government, not-for-profit and Indigenous organisations, including Land Councils. Kristy has 17 years' experience living and working in the Territory, on projects for the benefit of the Territory, its visitors and its residents. Through each of these projects, she has gained an appreciation for how services are delivered and fit together to create a whole place, and how varying layers of Government and private players need to work together to deliver social and economic outcomes.
Kristy’s experience includes assisting clients in the development of high-level strategy, and implementation of strategic priorities. She appreciates that alongside strategy, runs governance, and she has delivered a number of capacity, capability and performance reviews. She is experienced in program and policy evaluation and stakeholder consultation and is experienced in modelling feasibility for capital projects up to $60m.
Kristy also has significant experience working with Indigenous organisations servicing the remote NT and its people, and understands the complexities of NT Government operations across the Territory.
