Jennifer Rayner

Jennifer joined KPMG after holding senior policy leadership positions spanning all three levels of Australian government policy and service delivery. Her focus is partnering with government clients to drive change – delivering analysis, evidence and implementation advice that supports better services and outcomes for Australians.

Drawing on both her research background and practical service delivery experience, Jennifer brings together tools and methods from qualitative, quantitative and scenario-based approaches. In doing so, she works to deliver policies, programs and services that can rise to the challenges of a world characterised by ever-increasing volatility and change.
