As an Associate Certified Information Systems Security Professional with MBSE industry experience and a Master of Systems Engineering underway, Cindy provides a complex understanding of the interplay within and between systems of systems, their myriad components, and the implications of cyber from a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) perspective.

As a former uniformed member of the Royal Australian Navy (Communications) and Australian Army Reserve (Signals), and Defence APS (Information Warfare), she holds a solid appreciation for the culture, direction, and strategic intent of Defence. 

Cindy's focus is on data management and modelling, business process mapping, system of systems engineering, programmatic management, and critical information modelling for the aggregation of cyber risk in mission vulnerability assessment.
